Watching the SCREAM it off SCREEN monthly festival is not about the short films, it's about the experience. Have you ever entered a garage sale or antiquity store to search for a hidden treasure or a silly hat? Imagine that same experience in drugs or very drunk. You will never forget it. 

A low budget short film festival with almost no filter, in fact, 15 films are randomly selected from a poll. Anyone can submit for free. Then, a live audience votes after 7 minutes to let the short film play or skip to the next submission. 

The short films are just half of the entertainment. In between those we have this very awkward Minnesotan presenter and staff, including a spiritually naked guy in a red costume, leading the night and answering the phone. It's hard to describe because I usually watch this festival with friends and drinks, but it's totally worth watching.
